Antigua: GBP3,198 per couple Set within 17 acres of gardens, Blue Waters is one of Antigua’s longest established resorts, blending classic Caribbean style with contemporary luxury. In addition to three swimming pools, a spa and complimentary water-sports, couples staying at the four-star plus resort for 10 nights or more can tie the knot for free. Departing on 19 March, a 10-night H&J Antigua holiday costs GBP1,599 per person, with B&B accommodation in a superior hillside room, free wedding package, BA flights from Gatwick and transfers. As well as a decorated wedding gazebo, the package includes a wedding coordinator, marriage licence and legal fees, bottle of champagne, bridal bouquet and wedding cake.

Barbados: GBP3,398 per couple Established on the grounds of a former sugar plantation, Almond Beach Village gives couples the choice of a wedding ceremony at the historic sugar mill or on the long sandy beach. Set on the north-west coast of Barbados, the four-star resort has plenty to offer before and after tying the knot, with 10 swimming pools, a cooking school, free water-sports and a nine-hole golf course. One week from 15 March costs GBP1,699 per person, including All Inclusive accommodation in a deluxe pool or garden view room, Virgin Atlantic flights from Gatwick and transfers. In addition to this, couples receive a free wedding package, which includes the ceremony, decorated wedding location, bottle of champagne, wedding cake and bridal bouquet.
